Housing market is down

With the housing market being down, it only follows that so is the value of my home, which means if I go to sell, I will have less equity to buy the next one — the one on the lake… Did you hear that giant sucking HARRUMPH? I know I heard it… mostly because, at that realization, I harrumphed that that sucked big time.
